Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-VOC-Y/500 Portable VOC detector is a Handheld Gas detection device that adopts pump suction detection mode and built-in imported micro sampling pump. The instrument applies EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor, and is equipped with a professional imported catalytic combustion Sensor. Combined with a High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit, it ensures fast detection, accuracy, Stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT display, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has various functions such as Data storage and USB data transmission.

Principle
The Portable VOC detector uses a pump-suction detection method to actively extract environmental gas samples through a built-in micro-sampling pump. After the gas sample enters the instrument, it reacts with the internal import catalytic combustion Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit. Finally, the 32-bit ARM processor calculates and displays the exact gas concentration value. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation to correct for the impact of environmental factors on the measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Turn on the instrument and wait for about 30 seconds to warm up.
2. Select mode: Select the normal detection mode or patrol mode through the menu.
3. Set parameters: Set alarm values, STEL, TWA and other parameters through self-programming functions as required.
4. Start detection: Place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, and the instrument will automatically pump the gas for detection.
5. Data viewing: View gas concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other data and trend charts in real time on the screen.
6. Data management: Connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored test data.
7. Gas path cleaning: Use different gears (low, medium and high) of the sampling pump to clean the gas path.
Notice
* Do not use in environments outside the Operating temperature (-30~ 50 ℃) and Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation) range.
* Operating Pressure range is 86kpa-106kpa, pay attention to the environment pressure when using.
Regularly zero and calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
Pay attention to the service life of the Sensor (about 3 years), and replace the expired or invalid Sensor in time.
The instrument has an automatic fault prompt function, and should be checked and dealt with in time when prompted.
When used in explosion-proof areas, ensure that the Explosion-proof level of the instrument (Exia II CT4) meets the field requirements.
Avoid strong impact or immersion of the instrument in liquids.
* The data storage capacity is 200,000 sets, pay attention to regularly export data to avoid insufficient storage space.
