The Portable VOC detector uses a pump-suction detection method with a built-in micro-sampling pump to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument. The gas contacts the Sensor (according to the model PID light ion principle Sensor), and the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by a High Accuracy cryogenic drift amplifier and a stable power processing circuit. Finally, the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor inside the instrument calculates and displays the real-time gas concentration value. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation functions to ensure measurement accuracy under different environment conditions.

1. Boot warm-up (Warm-Up Time about 30 seconds). 2. Select the detection mode (usually detection mode or patrol mode) as needed. 3. Set alarm parameters and STEL/TWA parameters (if required) through the menu. 4. Place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, and the instrument passes the built-in pump suction sampling. 5. Observe the real-time concentration, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other information displayed on the screen. 6. Use the Data storage function to record data (the storage interval is adjustable). 7. Connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored data. 8. Use self-calibration, zero or multi-point calibration functions to calibrate the instrument (if required). 9. Use the air circuit cleaning function (by adjusting the pump's gear) to clean the air circuit.
