Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-800-CH2O-Y/50 is a Portable Formaldehyde detector belonging to the SK/MIC-800 series Handheld Gas detector. The instrument adopts EFM ultra-low power consumption 32-bit ARM processor and imported High Accuracy electrochemistry formaldehyde Sensor, combined with High Accuracy low temperature drift amplifier and stable power processing circuit to ensure fast detection, accurate measurement, stability and good Repeatability. The instrument is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-color TFT screen, supports Chinese and English graphic menu operation, and has a built-in micro sampling pump. It adopts pump-suction detection method, which is suitable for monitoring and alarming formaldehyde concentration in the environment or confined space.

Principle
The Portable Formaldehyde detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to actively extract the environment gas into the gas system through a built-in micro-sampling pump. The formaldehyde component in the gas reacts with the imported Electrochemical sensor built into the instrument to generate an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The signal is amplified by a High Accuracy, Low Temperature Drift amplifier, processed by a stable power processing circuit, and finally calculated by the EFM ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor and converted into formaldehyde concentration values, which are displayed on the screen in real time. The instrument has temperature and pressure compensation functions to ensure measurement accuracy under different environment conditions.

Steps
1. Boot warm-up: Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will warm up for about 30 seconds.
2. Select detection mode: Select "normal detection mode" or "patrol mode" through the menu.
3. Set the sampling pump gear: According to the detection requirements, set the sampling pump to low, medium or high level in the menu.
4. Detection: The sampling tube is placed in the area to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays real-time formaldehyde concentration.
5. View data: You can view real-time values, MAX Maximum, STEL, TWA and other data through the menu, or retrieve historical storage data.
6. Data transmission: Connect to the computer through the USB interface to download or print the stored test data.
7. Calibration and setting: zero-point calibration, multi-point calibration or alarm parameter setting through self-programming function on demand.

* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ° C) or Humidity (10~ 95% RH without condensation).
