Overview
The XIONGFA XFSFY-1204MA Halogen moisture meter is a moisture measurement device based on the principle of weight loss. Moisture content is accurately determined by heating drying samples and measuring weight loss. The instrument is equipped with a High Accuracy Monomer Electromagnetic Force Sensor and a high-efficiency halogen heating lamp device based on Electronic Balance to achieve fast and accurate moisture determination, suitable for laboratory use.

Principle
The XFSFY-1204MA moisture meter performs measurement according to the principle of weight loss, and calculates the Moisture content by heating drying the sample and measuring the weight loss. The instrument consists of an analytical weighing unit and a heating unit, and uses halogen heating technology to quickly heat the sample to ensure fast measurement results. The Sensor adopts a single electromagnetic force Sensor, which has high integration, good Stability and reduces the failure rate.
Applications
Moisture Analyzer can detect moisture content in various organic and inorganic solids, liquids, powders, etc
Steps
1. Power on and warm up for 20 to 30 minutes
2. Select the heating mode (fast heating, standard heating or soft heating)
3. Place the sample for measurement
4. Complete the measurement according to the set end method (automatic shutdown, manual shutdown or timed shutdown)
5. Read the results through the LCD display, optional printer output
