Principle
The Stirrer provides power through the drive motor, and adopts a series-excited micro-motor to ensure high power and compact structure, and runs safely and reliably. The control motion state adopts a numerical control touch-type stepless governor to realize stepless speed regulation and digital display of Rotation speed to ensure correct data collection. The output boosting mechanism adopts multi-stage Non-metallic gears to transmit boosting force, which doubles the torque, stable running state and low noise, and combines the special pin of the stirringrod to achieve simple and flexible unloading operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification according to the experimental requirements.
2. Use the Impeller special rolling head to install the Impeller to ensure flexible unloading;
3. Place the Stirrer on an open rack and select the appropriate media container.
4. Connect the power supply and start the device.
5. Rotation speed is set by numerical control touch stepless governor, and the running status is displayed digitally;
6. Monitor the mixing process to ensure uniform mixing.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch;
• When selecting Impeller, it is necessary to match the specifications according to the sample capacity and viscosity to prevent overload;
• Use a special rolling head when installing and uninstalling the Impeller, and the operation should be gentle to avoid damage;
• Rotation speed setting during operation to avoid exceeding the range of 100~ 1300rpm;
• Regularly check the aluminum metal casing and multi-stage Non-metallic gears to ensure mechanical accuracy and electrical performance;
• Monitor equipment temperature during continuous use to prevent overheating from affecting performance;
Disconnect the power supply during cleaning and maintenance to ensure safe operation.
