Principle
The Stirrer provides power by driving the motor, uses a multi-stage Non-metallic gear transmission booster mechanism to achieve a doubling of torque, controls the motion state through numerical control touch stepless governor, realizes arbitrary Rotation speed adjustment and digitally displays the running Rotation speed to ensure stable operation, low noise, and meets the mixing and stirring requirements of different viscosity liquids.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements;
2. Install the Impeller with a special rolling head to ensure convenient and flexible unloading;
3. Place the Stirrer on an open rack and select the appropriate media container.
4. Connect the power supply and turn on the device;
5. Adjust the required Rotation speed through the numerical control touch stepless governor, and observe the digital display operation status;
6. Start the mixing experiment and monitor the running process.
7. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
● Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch;
Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification based on liquid viscosity and sample capacity.
● Use a special rolling head when installing the Impeller to ensure firm and flexible unloading;
During speed regulation, it is gradually adjusted through stepless speed change control to avoid sudden high-speed start.
