Principle
The Stirrer provides power by driving the motor, adopts a series micro-motor to ensure safe and reliable operation, and controls the motion state to realize stepless speed regulation through numerical control of the touch stepless governor, and digitally displays the running Rotation speed status. The output booster mechanism adopts multi-stage Non-metallic gears to transmit force, which doubles the torque, and the running state is stable and the noise is low.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification according to the experimental requirements.
2. Use the Impeller special rolling head to install the Impeller to ensure convenient and flexible unloading;
3. Place the Stirrer on an open rack and select the appropriate media container.
4. Connect the power supply and start the device.
5. Rotation speed is set by numerical control touch stepless governor, and the running status is displayed digitally;
6. Monitor the mixing process to ensure uniform mixing.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning and maintenance.

• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz to avoid equipment damage due to voltage mismatch;
• Select Impeller according to sample capacity and viscosity requirements to avoid overload operation;
