Principle
The Stirrer provides power through the drive motor, using a series micro motor to ensure high power and compact structure, safe and reliable operation. Control motion state adopts numerical control touch type stepless governor to realize arbitrary Rotation speed selection and digital display. The output booster mechanism adopts multi-stage Non-metallic gears to transmit booster force, which doubles the torque and ensures stable running state and low noise. The stirringrod is fixed by a special tie head, and the unloading is simple and flexible to achieve efficient liquid mixing.

Steps
1. Select and install a suitable Impeller, and use a special rolling head to fix the stirringrod;
2. Place the Stirrer on the open rack and select the media container.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the device;
4. Rotation speed set by numerical control touch stepless governor, observe the digital display;
5. Start mixing and monitor the running status.
6. Turn off the device after use and remove the Impeller for cleaning;
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz to avoid voltage mismatch;
• Select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the sample volume and viscosity;
• Use a special rolling head to fix the stirringrod to ensure flexible and safe unloading;
• To avoid overload operation, Max. Torque is 94N.cm;
• Regularly check the aluminum metal casing and gear mechanism to ensure mechanical accuracy;
• Pay attention to the heating of the equipment during continuous use to ensure stable electrical performance;
