Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a drive motor and uses a multi-stage Non-metallic gear transmission booster mechanism to double the torque and achieve stable and low-noise operation. The control motion state adopts a numerical control touch stepless governor, which can adjust the Rotation speed arbitrarily, and the Rotation speed status is displayed digitally to ensure correct data collection. The Impeller is flexibly installed through a special pin to adapt to different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification according to the experimental requirements.
2. Use the Impeller special rolling head to install the Impeller to ensure convenient and flexible unloading;
3. Place the Stirrer in a stable position and connect it to a power supply (AC 220 V 50 Hz).
4. Rotation speed required by numerical control touch stepless governor (50~ 1500rpm range);
5. Start the equipment, observe the digital display Rotation speed status, and perform stirring operation;
6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz to avoid using improper voltage;
• Check whether the Impeller installation is firm before operation to prevent peeling during operation;
• Select the appropriate Impeller type and Rotation speed according to the medium viscosity and container size;
• Pay attention to observe the running state of the equipment when it is running to avoid overload or abnormal noise.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure the long-lasting performance of aluminum enclosures and mechanical components;
• Uninstall the Impeller in time after use to keep the equipment tidy.
