Principle
The Stirrer is driven by a series micro-motor and adopts a multi-stage Non-metallic gear transmission booster mechanism to double the torque and achieve stable operation and low noise. The control part adopts a numerical control touch stepless governor, which can adjust the Rotation speed arbitrarily, and monitors the running status in real time through digital display to ensure correct data collection. Impeller flexibly loads and unloads through a special tie to adapt to different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification according to the experimental requirements.
2. Use a special rolling head to install the Impeller to ensure flexible loading and unloading.
3. Place the Stirrer on an open rack and select the appropriate media container.
4. Connect the power supply (AC 220 V 50 Hz);
Rotation speed (50~ 1500rpm range) set by numerical control touch stepless governor;
6. Start the device and observe the digital display to ensure normal operation.
7. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz to avoid using improper voltage;
• Check whether the Impeller installation is firm before operation to prevent peeling during operation;
• Select the appropriate Impeller type and Rotation speed according to the medium viscosity and container size;
• Pay attention to the digital display when the equipment is running to ensure that the Rotation speed is within the safe range;
• Monitor equipment temperature during continuous use to avoid overheating affecting performance;
• Disconnect the power supply during cleaning and maintenance to ensure safe operation.
