Principle
The Stirrer is driven by a series micro motor and adopts a multi-stage Non-metallic gear transmission booster mechanism to double the torque and achieve stable operation and low noise. The control part adopts a numerical control touch stepless governor, which can adjust the Rotation speed arbitrarily and display the running status digitally to ensure correct data collection. Impeller flexibly loads and unloads through a special tie to adapt to different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification according to the experimental requirements.
2. Use a special rolling head to install the Impeller to ensure flexible unloading;
3. Place the Stirrer on an open rack and select the appropriate media container.
4. Connect the power supply (AC 220 V 50 Hz);
Rotation speed (50~ 1500rpm range) set by numerical control touch stepless governor;
6. Start the equipment, observe the digital display Rotation speed status, and perform stirring operation;
7. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz to avoid using improper voltage;
• Check whether the Impeller installation is firm before operation to prevent peeling during operation;
• Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid and the size of the container to avoid overloading;
Adjust slowly when adjusting the speed to avoid sudden high-speed start affecting the life of the equipment;
