Principle
The Stirrer is driven by a series-excited micro-motor and adopts a multi-stage Non-metallic gear transmission booster mechanism to achieve a doubling of torque and stable operation. The control motion state adopts a numerical control touch stepless governor, which can adjust the Rotation speed arbitrarily, and the digital display of the running status ensures the correct data collection. The Impeller is fixed by a special tie head, which is easy and flexible to unload and achieve efficient mixing.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements;
2. Use a special rolling head to install the Impeller to ensure firm fixation;
3. Place the Stirrer in a stable position and connect the power supply.
4. Rotation speed required by numerical control touch stepless governor;
5. Start the device and observe the digital display operation status.
6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power supply and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch;
• Check whether the special rolling head is firmly fixed when installing the Impeller to prevent peeling during operation;
• Select the appropriate Impeller according to the medium viscosity and container size to avoid overload operation;
• Pay attention to the digital display during operation to ensure that the Rotation speed is within the range of 50~ 1500rpm;
• Monitor equipment temperature during continuous use to prevent overheating from affecting performance;
• Disconnect the power supply during cleaning and maintenance to ensure safe operation.
