Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a drive motor and uses a multi-stage Non-metallic gear transmission booster mechanism to double the torque for stable operation and low noise. The control motion state adopts a numerical control touch stepless governor, which can adjust the Rotation speed arbitrarily and display the running status digitally to ensure correct data collection. The special pin design of the stirringrod makes it easy and flexible to unload, and the open rack allows a wide selection of media containers for stirring and mixing.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification according to the experimental requirements
2. Install the Impeller with a special rolling head to ensure convenient and flexible unloading
3. Place the Stirrer on an open rack and select the appropriate media container
4. Connect the power supply (AC 220 V 50 Hz)
5. Rotation speed required by numerical control touch stepless governor (50~ 1500rpm range)
6. Start the device and observe the running Rotation speed status of the digital display
7. Turn off the power after stirring and remove the Impeller for cleaning

• Power supply voltage AC 220 V 50 Hz before use
• Select the appropriate Impeller type and specification based on sample volume and viscosity
• Use a special rolling head when installing the Impeller to ensure that it is firmly fixed
• When adjusting the speed, it should be stepless within the range of 50~ 1500rpm
Processing capacity should not exceed 85L
• Pay attention to the running status of the equipment during continuous use to avoid overload
• Disconnect the power supply during cleaning and maintenance
