Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030041 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate height.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment through LED screen and knob, start the device.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during equipment operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (20L).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• Note that when the instrument is overloaded or abnormal, it will sound and stop automatically. At this time, it should be checked and troubleshooted.
• There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument, please place it on a stable table for use.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
• A variety of Impellers are available, please choose the appropriate type according to the specific application scenario.
