Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030003 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which can withstand high load and long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

1. LED display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The device is driven by a motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is designed with a closed case to prevent liquid from splashing into the interior. The user can flexibly adjust the stirring rod position through the penetration hole to suit different containers.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole.
3, turn on the power supply, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse adjustment and fine adjustment settings.
4. Start the equipment, and continue to adjust the Rotation speed as needed during operation.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power supply and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Note that the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping is 0.5 to 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
The instrument is equipped with overload and abnormal protection functions. When you hear a sound prompt or stop automatically, check the load condition.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
● For installation and replacement of Impeller, please use a matching wrench to ensure that it is firmly fixed.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument to ensure safety and equipment lifespan.
