HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030044) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine adjusted) through the LED screen and speed control knob.
6. Start the equipment and start stirring.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used within the range of 5~ 40 ° C and the relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is 100-240VAC, Frequency is 50/60HZ.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. If it triggers an automatic stop and is accompanied by a sound prompt, please check the load.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure smooth placement.
Processing capacity is 20L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
• When the instrument is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects into the mixing area.
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and avoid liquids from entering the instrument.
