Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030045 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer shears and mixes liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its soft start function ensures a smooth start and avoids sample splashing. The enclosed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism work together to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under long, high loads.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob (coarse or fine adjustment).
5. Start the equipment to stir.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (> 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Impeller clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm.
• Note the maximum Processing capacity (20L) and viscosity limit (10000mPa · s) of the equipment.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If it triggers automatic stop and is accompanied by a sound prompt, please check the reason before using it.
