Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a motor to mix liquids. The motor uses a soft start mode for smooth operation. The Impeller penetrating hole is designed for easy adjustment of the stirring rod position. The device has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions, ensuring safety through audible prompts and automatic stops.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is coarse or fine-tuned through the LED screen and control knob, and the instrument can also be adjusted during operation.
5. Start the equipment to stir.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an overload protection function. When there is an abnormal sound prompt or automatic stop, please check the load.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Processing capacity is 20L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument, even though the enclosure is closed.
● Regularly check whether the Impeller fixing wrench chuck is tight.
