HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030051) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids with a motor that drives the Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. Its enclosed enclosure and automatic protection mechanisms, such as overload protection, work together to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment under long-term, high-load operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred (e.g. viscosity).
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Use the wrench chuck to fix the Impeller.
4, turn on the power supply, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse adjustment and fine adjustment settings.
5. Start the equipment, the motor soft start starts to work, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted according to the needs during operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power supply and perform cleaning and maintenance.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
Processing capacity is 20L, maximum viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
• Drill chuck clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please use a mixing rod with matching specifications.
• The equipment has overload and abnormal protection (sound prompt and automatic stop). In case of such situations during operation, please check the load and troubleshoot before use.
• Please use the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure stable placement.
• When cleaning, please note that the Protection Rating is IP42 to avoid a large amount of liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument.
