HUXI RWD50E/20030052 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its soft start function ensures smooth operation, the enclosed enclosure prevents liquid splashing, and an automatic protection mechanism ensures safe operation of the equipment in case of overload or abnormal conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is coarse and fine-tuned through LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment for stirring, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.

• Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the Frequency (50/60HZ).
• Impeller clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm.
• The equipment has overload and abnormal protection functions. In case of automatic stop and sound prompt, please check the load.
• Note that the maximum processing capacity of the equipment is 20L, and the maximum applicable viscosity is 10000mPa · s.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
