Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030007 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is safe for long-term continuous operation through a closed case and an automatic protection mechanism.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
● Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃ and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
● Power supply voltage is within 100-240VAC range before use.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The equipment is equipped with overload protection. If you hear a prompt tone and stop automatically, please check the load.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
When working continuously for a long time, pay attention to the operation status of the equipment.
