Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030053) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design to be capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids with a motor that drives the Impeller swirl/spin. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The Impeller penetrating hole design allows for flexible adjustment of the stirring rod position to suit different vessel depths. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time during operation and safe operation is ensured through a closed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism.

Steps
1. According to the liquid viscosity and mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob.
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. Rotation speed can be coarse or fine-tuned at any time as needed during operation.
6. Turn off the power after the work is completed.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
• Impeller clamping diameter should be within the allowable range of the drill chuck (0.5~ 10mm).
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt, automatic stop), please check the load condition.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity (20L) and maximum viscosity (10000mPa · s) of the equipment calibration.
