Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030054 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.
Features

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through the motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function, runs smoothly, and realizes a Speed range adjustment of 30 to 2200rpm through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed.
2. Fix the Impeller rod (diameter 0.5~ 10mm) to the drill chuck through the wrench chuck.
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod on the instrument to a suitable height.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through LED screen and knob, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the equipment and start stirring. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not exceed the equipment's nominal maximum Processing capacity (20L) and maximum viscosity (10000mPa · s).
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause before using it.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
• Impeller must be firmly installed to prevent peeling at high speed swirling/spinning.
• Closed enclosures can prevent liquid from splashing in, but large amounts of liquid should still be avoided from splashing directly onto the instrument.
• A variety of Impellers are available, please choose the appropriate type and size according to the specific application (e.g. viscosity, container shape).
