Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030055 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which can withstand high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function, which starts smoothly and can achieve stepless speed regulation from 30 to 2200rpm. The closed housing and penetrating hole design enhance the safety and convenience of operation. When an overload or abnormal situation occurs, the device will be prompted by sound and automatically stopped to protect the safety of the instrument and experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment through LED screen and knob, start the device.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during equipment operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (20L).
• The diameter range of the drilling chuck clamping stirring rod is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a prompt tone and stop automatically, please check the load.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Impeller fixing requires a matching wrench to ensure clamping.
• Avoid liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the status of the equipment.
