Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030056 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is safe to operate with a closed case and automatic protection mechanisms such as overload protection.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment, and the Rotation speed can be finely adjusted according to the needs during operation.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and Frequency (50/60HZ).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If it triggers automatic stop and is accompanied by a sound prompt, please check the load condition.
