HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030057) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. Its motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration and protection against sample splashing. The instrument precisely controls the Impeller's Rotation speed through a stepless speed control system to adapt to different viscosity liquids and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine adjusted) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the experiment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The instrument has an overload protection function. When an abnormality occurs, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. At this time, the load condition should be checked.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
• When cleaning, do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (up to 10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (up to 20L).
