HUXI RWD50E/20030087 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device is driven by a motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the Rotation speed can be precisely controlled as needed to achieve effective mixing of medium and low viscosity to high viscosity liquids. Its closed structure and protection function ensure stability and safety under long-term, high-load work.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
● Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The equipment is equipped with overload protection. If there is a sound prompt and it stops automatically, please check whether the load is too large.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
● Please select the appropriate Impeller and working parameters according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 20L).
