HUXI RWD50E/20030085 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.
Features

Principle
The overhead Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and the stirring Rotation speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine-tuned) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. If there is a sound prompt and it stops automatically, please check the load.
• The instrument housing is a closed design, but care needs to be taken to prevent large amounts of liquid from splashing in.
• Please use the matching wrench to fix the Impeller and ensure that the connection is firm.
• Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity of 20L and the maximum viscosity of 10000mPa · s.
• There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument, please place it on a stable table to operate.
