HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD50E/20030091) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its soft start function ensures a smooth start and prevents splashes. The enclosed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism work together to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under long, high loads.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Pass the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine-tuned) set by LED screen and knob.
5. Start the device and the Impeller starts working.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
7. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
• Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the inside of the instrument.
• Handle liquids with a maximum viscosity of not more than 10,000 mPa · s.
