HUXI RWD50E/20030090 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The device mixes liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function, which starts smoothly, and can realize stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities. The closed housing and automatic protection mechanism together ensure the safe operation of the equipment under long-term and high-load conditions.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
5. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.

• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Processing capacity is up to 20L, and the maximum viscosity of the liquid does not exceed 10000mPa · s.
• The diameter range of the mixing rod held by the drill chuck is 0.5~ 10mm, please make sure to use the mixing rod with the matching specifications.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, please check the load.
• Please clean in time after use and keep the equipment drying.
Do not operate the equipment for long periods of time beyond specified environmental conditions or loads.
