Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030005 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device mixes liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. Its motor features a soft start function for smooth acceleration and protection from sample splashing. The Impeller piercing hole design allows for flexible adjustment of the stirring rod position to suit different containers.

Steps
1. According to the sample viscosity and mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply and adjust the Rotation speed coarsely and finely through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment, perform the stirring operation, and adjust the Rotation speed at any time as needed during operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity (20L) and maximum viscosity (10000mPa · s) of the equipment.
• Note that the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping is 0.5~ 10mm.
• The equipment has overload and motor protection functions. If it is abnormal, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause in time.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Impeller needs to be fixed with matching wrench chuck.
