HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030067) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed for high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its soft start function ensures a smooth start and prevents splashes. The closed case and overload protection mechanism work together to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device under long-term and high load.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the application requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through LED screen and knob, start the device.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, there will be a sound prompt and automatically stop. You need to check the cause before using it.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
● Impeller needs to be fixed with matching wrench chuck.
● This product is standard with centrifugal Impeller (paddle diameter 90mm, rod diameter 10mm, rod length 300mm), users can choose Miscellaneous type Impeller according to their needs.
