HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030035) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a motor to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. With a stepless speed regulation system, users can precisely adjust the stirring Rotation speed as needed to deal with liquids of different viscosity. The closed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism together ensure the safety and stability of the equipment under long-term and high-load work.

Steps
According to the mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it to the drill chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5 to 10mm).
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
4. Rotation speed coarse adjustment and fine adjustment settings through LED screen and control knob.
5. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to work.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.

• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used at 5~ 40 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Note that the maximum Processing capacity of the equipment is 20L and the maximum viscosity is 10000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions (sound prompt and automatically stop), please pay attention to the prompt tone when running.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
• Impeller needs to be fixed firmly with matching wrench chuck.
• The enclosed enclosure is splash-proof, but large amounts of liquid should still be avoided to directly initialize the instrument.
• A variety of Impellers are available (such as three hole fan type, dissolving type, three blade type, etc.), please choose the appropriate type and size according to the specific application (such as viscosity, stirring strength requirements).
