Principle
The overhead Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor uses a soft start mode for smooth operation. The instrument has an automatic protection function for overloads and abnormal situations, and it is automatically stopped by an audible prompt to ensure laboratory safety.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is coarse or fine-tuned through the LED screen and knob, and the instrument can also be adjusted during operation.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After use, turn off the power.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device is equipped with overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, please check the load.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument, even though the enclosure is closed.
Processing capacity is 20L, maximum viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the equipment status.
