Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030094 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. With a stepless speed regulation system, users can precisely control the stirring speed as needed to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring is complete, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning.

● Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an overload protection function. If you hear a prompt tone and stop automatically, please check the load.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the instrument.
Processing capacity is up to 20L, the maximum applicable liquid viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
When the instrument is running, please ensure that it is placed smoothly and fixed with a non-slip pad.
