HUXI RWD50E/20030038 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its soft start function ensures smooth operation, the enclosed housing provides protection, and the piercing hole design facilitates the adjustment of the stirring rod position to suit different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment and perform the mixing operation.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.

• Please use under Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Pay attention to the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping (0.5~ 10mm), and do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has overload and motor protection functions. When there is a sound prompt and it stops automatically, please check the load.
• Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
• Impeller fixing requires matching wrench chuck.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
• The maximum Processing capacity of this product is 20L, and the maximum applicable viscosity is 10000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
