HUXI RWD50E/20030036 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device uses a motor-driven stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. Its closed case and soft start design ensure smooth and safe operation, while the through hole design facilitates the installation and height adjustment of the stirring rod.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it to the drill chuck.
2. Insert the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate height.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine-tuned) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed, start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument should be between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has an overload protection function. If there is an abnormality (such as a sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load and troubleshoot before use.
• There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument, please place it on a stable table to operate.
When cleaning, do not let liquids enter the inside of the instrument.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (up to 10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (up to 20L).
