Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030075 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts overhead design, which can withstand high load and long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function of overload and abnormal situation to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.
Features

Principle
The Stirrer shears and mixes liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. Its motor has a soft start function, which can smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. The equipment adopts a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely adjust the Rotation speed according to the experimental needs to achieve different stirring effects from mild to strong. The closed housing and automatic protection mechanism together ensure the stability and safety of the equipment under long-term and high-load operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the desired Rotation speed through the coarse and fine adjustment knobs on the control panel.
4. Start the device and the Impeller starts working.
5. If you need to adjust the Rotation speed during operation, you can directly adjust the knob.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
● Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Check whether the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches before use.
● Impeller must be firmly installed to prevent peeling at high speed swirling/spinning.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects near the swirl/spin parts.
● Pay attention to the maximum Processing capacity (20L) and viscosity limit (10000mPa · s) of the equipment, and do not use it beyond the limit.
If the device emits an overload tone and stops automatically, check the load and troubleshoot before restarting.
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and avoid the liquid from washing the instrument shell directly.
● Please use the matching or matching Impeller (clamping diameter range: 0.5~ 10mm).
