HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030078) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. Its closed case design effectively prevents liquid from splashing in and protects the internal circuits. The instrument is equipped with an automatic overload and abnormal protection function. In case of abnormality, it will sound and automatically stop for safety.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample viscosity and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment setting through LED screen and knob, can also be adjusted during operation.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, please use it under conditions.
• Before use, please confirm that the Impeller has been firmly fixed through the wrench chuck, and the clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm.
• Processing capacity is 20L, maximum applicable viscosity is 10000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit.
• The equipment has overload and motor protection functions, and will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop when abnormal. The cause should be investigated at this time.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure that it is placed smoothly.
When cleaning, do not let liquids enter the inside of the instrument.
• A variety of Impellers are available, please choose according to the specific application (such as viscosity, stirring strength requirements).
