Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030079) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. With a stepless speed regulation system, users can precisely control the stirring speed as needed to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed through the control panel (rough and fine adjustment is possible).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After stirring, turn off the power, remove the Impeller and clean it.
Notice
• Please use under Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• Note that the maximum Processing capacity of the equipment is 20L and the maximum viscosity is 10000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
• The equipment has overload and motor protection functions (sound prompt and automatic stop). In such cases, the load should be checked and troubleshooted.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Impeller fixation requires a special wrench chuck to ensure fastening.
• Be careful to avoid liquids entering the instrument when cleaning.
