HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030058) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed for high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. With a stepless speed regulation system, users can precisely control the stirring speed as needed to adapt to liquids of different viscosities.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Fix the Stirrer in place through the bracket and adjust the stirring rod to the desired height.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required stirring Rotation speed through the control panel.
4. Start Stirrer and start working.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the working process.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. If the trigger protection automatically stops and emits a sound prompt, please check the cause before using it.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure smooth placement.
• Processing capacity is 20L, maximum viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
