Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030096) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix the liquid in the container. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration, and the rotation speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Before use, make sure that the diameter of the stirring rod held by the drill chuck is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm.
• The device has an overload protection function. When the trigger protection automatically stops, please check the load condition.
• Impeller penetration hole design is easy to adjust the height, but ensure that the stirring rod is firmly installed.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (up to 10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (up to 20L).
