Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030062) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function to ensure a smooth start. The instrument controls the stirring speed through stepless speed regulation, and uses a closed case and an automatic protection mechanism to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● The instrument has overload and motor protection functions. It will sound and stop automatically when abnormal. Please check the cause in time.
The device case is IP42 Protection Rating, which can prevent liquid splashing, but it is still necessary to avoid a large amount of liquid splashing.
● Use a non-slip pad to ensure that the instrument is firmly placed.
● Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 20L).
● Regularly check the fastening of Impeller and Collet.
