HUXI RWD50E/20030063 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes liquids with a motor that drives the Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. Its enclosed housing design prevents liquids from splashing in, and the instrument has a built-in automatic protection mechanism for overloads and abnormal situations. The equipment and experiments are guaranteed by sound prompts and automatic stops.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole, without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply, and set the rough and fine adjustment of Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment, the motor will start softly, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time during operation.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● Processing capacity is 20L, maximum viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not overload operation.
The instrument is equipped with overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, please check the load.
● Use a non-slip pad to ensure stable placement of the instrument.
● Impeller fixation requires a special wrench chuck to ensure fastening.
● Avoid liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument to maintain its protective performance and safety.
