Overview
HUXI RWD50E/20030061 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through the motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor adopts soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. The instrument has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions. When an abnormality occurs, it will give a sound prompt and automatically stop to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment settings.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during the experiment.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
● Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (20L).
● Drill chuck clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● Note that when the instrument is overloaded or abnormal, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause in time.
The instrument housing has a protective function, but it is still necessary to avoid a large amount of liquid splashing.
● Please confirm that the Impeller is firmly installed before use to prevent peeling during operation.
