HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030032) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed to be capable of high-load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration, and the rotation speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to experiments with different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Fix the Stirrer at the appropriate height through the bracket, and adjust the stirring rod position using the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed can be adjusted coarsely or finely through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has overload and motor protection functions. If there is a sound prompt and it stops automatically, please check the load.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
Processing capacity is 20L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
