Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor uses soft start technology to run smoothly, and the Impeller's Rotation speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to liquids with different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment setting through LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment to start stirring, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
6. Turn off the power after stirring.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
• Impeller installation needs to be firm, and the clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt or the device automatically stops, please check the load.
• Do not exceed the maximum viscosity (10000mPa · s) and maximum Processing capacity (20L) of the equipment calibration.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning and avoid liquids from entering the equipment.
