Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030031) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function, runs smoothly, and precisely controls the Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate height.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the control panel, set the required Rotation speed.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use.
• When the drill chuck clamps the stirring rod, make sure that the diameter is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm and tighten it.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt, automatic stop), please check the load before starting.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
• There are various types of Impeller, please choose the correct one according to the application scenario (e.g. liquid viscosity, desired flow mode).
• When cleaning, avoid liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument.
