HUXI RWD50E/20030048 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. The motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. The device uses a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely set and adjust the Rotation speed through the LED screen to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids with different viscosity.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Insert the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument and adjust it to a suitable height to fix it.
3. Turn on the power and set the desired Rotation speed through the coarse and fine adjustment knobs on the control panel.
4. Start the device and the Impeller starts working.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load condition.
● Use a non-slip pad to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
Processing capacity is 20L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 10000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
