Overview
HUXI LED Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030049) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection of overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor uses soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. The instrument has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions. When an abnormality is detected, an audible prompt will be issued and automatically stopped to ensure the safety of the equipment and experiments.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment setting through LED screen and control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used under the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%) conditions.
• Power supply voltage (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
• Impeller clamping diameter should be within the allowable range of the drill chuck (0.5~ 10mm).
• When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects near the swirling/spinning parts.
• Note the maximum Processing capacity of the equipment (20L) and the maximum viscosity of the applicable liquid (10000mPa · s).
• When the device emits an overload or abnormal protection sound prompt and automatically stops, please check the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and avoid liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument.
• Please use the matching wrench chuck to fix the Impeller to ensure that the connection is firm.
